There are 13 width specifications ranging from 150cm to 540cm, with a maximum designed speed of 880 revolutions per minute and a maximum weft insertion rate of 1900 meters per minute - high output and efficiency, seizing the delivery date first.
The robust structure ensures stability and durability. The space four-bar linkage weft insertion and the built-in conjugate cam reed in the breast beam, combined with the sword bar without guide hooks or with single guide hooks (16mm/7.8mm), ensure smooth weft insertion and powerful reeding. The opening methods are flexible: electronic dobby (20 shafts), treadle (8 shafts), or electronic jacquard (up to 20,000 needles), meeting all requirements from simple plain weave to complex large patterns.
Intelligent electronic control, precise and labor-saving.
Dual servo drive (electronic warp feeding + electronic take-up), weft density adjustable from 1 to 120 wefts per centimeter without steps. Computerized control system, touch screen human-machine interface, real-time sensing of warp tension and main shaft angle. Positioning start-stop, automatic weft search, self-diagnosis of faults, variable speed weaving... Operation is like that of an intelligent device, significantly reducing the reliance on the experience of the loom operator.
Flexible roll packaging reduces roll changing. The machine is equipped with a standard roll packaging (Φ500-600mm) inside, and an optional large friction roll packaging (Φ1000-1600mm) or a center roll packaging (Φ800-900mm) outside. It is matched with a 7.5kW switched reluctance motor, which is energy-saving and highly efficient.
