Maximum design speed reaches 720 rpm. Paired with a switched reluctance main motor (1500Nm/3000Nm torque), it delivers powerful super start and dynamic speed-variable weaving, with precise and controllable slow-speed movements – achieving both efficiency and quality.
Rigid & Flexible Core Transmission
· Weft Insertion: Spatial four-bar linkage drive, optional guide-less metal rapier head + carbon fiber rapier tape or single-side suspended guide-layer multi-material composite rapier tape, ensuring smooth and reliable weft insertion.
· Beating-up: The conjugate cam is enclosed in a box-type side frame, providing powerful beating-up and full fabric body.
· Color Selection: 8-color electronic color selection, capable of handling fancy weaving with ease.
Intelligent Electronic Control, Precision Consistency
· Shedding: Electronic dobby on the right side or jacquard up to 10,000 needles, allowing pattern changes at will.
· Let-off / Take-up: Servo or switched reluctance motor electronic control; warp beam capacity φ800/φ1000mm; weft density range 1–120 picks/cm; real-time tension sensing for uniform and stable weaving.
· Automatic Weft Seeking: Hydraulic motor drives the motor shaft to quickly disengage the shedding system from the insertion/beating-up system; one-key completion of weft seeking and reversing.
· Main Control System: Multi-computer parallel control, touchscreen HMI, integrating functions such as positioning stop/start, slow-speed motion, pick-finding compensation, fault diagnosis, safety protection, zero-degree auto-calibration, and automatic shedding timing adjustment – simple operation and low maintenance.
Multi-Layer Lubrication, Long-Lasting Durability
Three lubrication methods – spray lubrication, oil bath lubrication, and grease nipple lubrication – significantly extend the service life of key components.
