• Wear safety helmets, work clothes and safety boots when performing maintenance operations.
• When performing maintenance inspections, the logo of the <Maintenance Inspection> should be hung in front of the loom beforehand to attract the attention of other operators.
• Use the tools and utensils specified by the company.
• Set the main switch on the side of the electrical control box to OFF before proceeding.
• When using a dobby machine, be sure to lower all the heald frames before turning off the main power of the loom. If the heald frame is not lowered, the main power supply is turned off, and the weaving machine sometimes rotates due to inertia.
• When using a dobby, when performing a leveling, press the operation button to operate. If the hand wheel is rotated by hand, the weaving machine suddenly rotates because no brake is applied.
