The project mainly builds 80,000 tons of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) raw wire and 40,000 tons of carbon fiber high-end equipment production lines, including 4 carbonization workshops, raw wire caching workshops, carbon wire caching workshops, composite workshops, R & D building administrative office buildings, etc. The construction site of the project is located in the equipment manufacturing Industrial Park of Minle Ecological Industrial Park, Zhangye City, Gansu Province.
