The project is located in Xilai Feng Industrial Park, Hainan District, the construction land of 1055 mu (about 703,760 square meters), the total investment of 11.15 billion yuan, the construction cycle of six years, a total of three phases of construction, the design of polymerization spinning production lines 22, carbon fiber production lines 21, the construction of an annual output of 200,000 tons of PAN based raw silk and 100,000 tons of carbon fiber. After the completion of the overall project output value of about 22 billion yuan, to provide 1,800 jobs, indirect employment of 4,200 people, will help to promote the industrial transformation of the area, optimize the economic structure, fill the gap in the northwest large carbon fiber industry chain, the development of Hainan industrial economy is of great significance.
At present, the company has completed an investment of about 630 million yuan, 1, 2 carbonization workshop workshop, raw liquid workshop, public works workshop and other basic supporting facilities have been built, is expected to start trial production at the end of November this year, No. 1 carbonization workshop.
Yulin Hengshen New Materials Company: carbon fiber phase one polymerization workshop capping
On November 4, the Yulin Hengshen New Materials Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Yulin Hengshen") project, which was built by the Inner Mongolia Branch of China Chemical Engineering Eleventh Construction Co., LTD., welcomed important progress. The main structure of the polymerization workshop of the first phase of the Yulin Hengshen carbon fiber project was fully capped, 11 days ahead of the expected total schedule, and the project construction made stage progress.
The successful capping of the polymerization workshop marks the stage victory of Yulin Hengshen Company in the construction of the high-performance carbon fiber production base project, laying a solid foundation for the commissioning test of the project in July 2025. It is reported that the polymerization workshop is one of the core facilities of the Yulin Hengshen project, its construction area of 6040.18 square meters, the height of 23.52 meters, the ground above the local three layers, the overall structure uses reinforced concrete frame.

Hengshen high performance carbon fiber production base project is built by Yulin Hengshen Company, located in the North of Qingshui Coal Chemical Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Park, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, with a total investment of 4.735 billion yuan. The project is to build a high-performance carbon fiber production base of 20,000 tons/year. The first phase of the project is planned to build an annual capacity of 5,000 tons, including a dry spray wet spinning carbonization line and a large tow carbonization line, as well as supporting raw silk production line and corresponding public works facilities. The construction period of the first phase of the project is about 20 months.
