Three Landmark Projects Demonstrating Wanli's Strength
· Heli Chemical Fiber, Wuhai, Inner Mongolia
Total investment: RMB 11.1 billion; covers 1,136 mu (≈75.7 hectares). Planned capacity: 200,000 t/a precursor and 100,000 t/a carbon fiber. Phase I is already in smooth operation, including a 220kV substation, power station, wastewater treatment plant, public utility workshop, polymerization and dope shop, spinning workshop, and other key facilities.
· Billion-Level Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Base, Fuxin, Liaoning
In cooperation with State Nuclear Power. Phase I investment: RMB 2.783 billion; covers more than 400 mu (≈26.7 hectares). It will deploy 200 Wanli carbon fiber rapier weaving machines, 100 composite pultrusion lines, and 275 hydrogen cylinder winding lines. Upon completion, the base will produce 30,000 t/a of carbon fiber composites with an estimated output value of RMB 17.5 billion.
· Wanlong Carbon Fiber New Materials, Tongxiang, Zhejiang (signed in March 2025)
Joint investment with Minglong Group, totaling RMB 1.08 billion. Phase I occupies 180 mu (12 hectares) and will build 260,000 m² of modern workshops, focusing on high-performance carbon fiber and composites – an "equipment + materials" collaborative innovation.
