                                                                       Spring Asia Textile Classification
Spring nylon fabrics are commonly seen in varieties such as semi-elastic spring nylon, fully elastic spring nylon, and dull spring nylon, and the following is an introduction to the three major series.
The fabric's warp is made from polyester FDY60D/24F as the raw material, woven into a plain weave on a water jet loom, and the gray fabric is processed through softening, weight reduction, dyeing, and setting processes, with the fabric surface showcasing the gloss of the polyester yarn as its style feature.
1,Semi-elastic spring rayon

Advantages:
It feels soft and smooth to the touch, is not prone to fading, and has a bright luster, especially when making various colorful flags that appear even more vivid. After dyeing and finishing, the product undergoes mechanical high-temperature ironing and embossing processes, which are considered "environmentally friendly" deep processing, resulting in a lining material that is bright in color, soft to the touch, and breathable. It can compete with embossed lining materials and jacquard lining materials, yet it is much more affordable.
Usage:

The "semi-elastic spring nylon" fabric has always been used by people to make lining accessories for suits, outfits, jackets, children's clothing, professional attire, etc. Nowadays, with the development of domestic exhibitions and the advertising industry, the demand for flags is increasing day by day.

The All-round elastic spring Asia fabric comes in a wide variety of types and specifications, with the 240T and 300T being the most favored in the market. The fabric is woven using polyester DTY75D/72F (network silk) for both warp and weft, and it is constructed using a flat change (1/2 twill, 1/3 twill) texture.
Advantages:
The weaving technique is uniquely crafted, and the dyeing and finishing process applies "environmental-friendly" dyeing, which greatly improves the appearance and luster of the fabric. For example, treatments such as PVC coating, PU, fleece coating, electro-embroidery with other fabrics, powder dot composite, brushing, and calendaring, make the application of All-round elastic spring Asia fabric even broader.
Usage:
After different post-treatment processes, the fabric has a very broad range of uses. It can be used to make down jackets, casual jackets, children's clothing, etc. Waterproof coated fabrics can also be used to make waterproof clothing, umbrellas, rain capes, sunshades, etc.

"Matte Spring Yarn-dyed Fabric" is a type within the Full Elastic Spring Yarn-dyed Series. This fabric uses polyester matte DTY 75D/72F or 50D/72F (network silk) for both warp and weft threads. One of the fabric specifications is 300T, woven with a plain weave double texture.

Advantages:
The weaving technique of this fabric is uniquely crafted, and the dyeing process employs an "environmental-friendly" method, significantly improving the appearance of the fabric surface, especially making the color of the matte polyester fabric more soft.

Usage:
The "Matte Spring Yarn-dyed Fabric" has a wide range of applications and can be used to make autumn casual jackets, children's clothing, etc.

1,Taffeta

Taffeta, also known as Tafetta, is a type of high-grade silk fabric woven with a plain weave. The warp yarns are made from doubled and cooked silk, while the weft yarns are made from single-twisted cooked silk. With a plain weave base, the fabric has a high density, making it one of the most tightly woven types within the silk category. Taffeta is characterized by its fine, smooth surface, flat and elegant appearance, and good luster. The fabric is tightly woven and feels stiff to the touch, but it is prone to permanent creases when folded. Therefore, it should not be folded or pressed under heavy weight, and is commonly packaged in a rolled form. There are many varieties of taffeta, categorized by the materials used: there is pure silk taffeta, dual-palace silk taffeta, silk-cotton blend taffeta, spun taffeta, synthetic silk taffeta, polyester taffeta, and more. Taffeta is known for its tight and fine weave, flat and stiff surface, smooth and delicate texture, firm hand feel, bright colors, and soft yet vivid color light. It does not easily attract dust. It is primarily used for women's spring and autumn clothing, festive attire, and as a material for down jackets.
2,Polyester Taffeta

640

Polytarp is a type of all-polyester thin fabric, available in specifications such as 190T, 210T, 250T, etc. Polytarp is suitable for various high-end garment interlinings like jackets, umbrellas, car covers, sportswear, beach umbrellas, handbags, luggage, sleeping bags, tents, artificial flowers, shower curtains, tablecloths, and chair covers. Polytarp is also a traditional synthetic fabric that was once very popular but saw a decline in sales with the rise of new synthetic fabrics. In the second half of 2004, after adopting dull finish yarns, Polytarp re-entered the market with a vibrant new look. Using dull finish polyester yarns makes the fabric's color more soft and attractive, making it suitable for casual wear, sportswear, and children's clothing. With dozens of colors available, the finished garments are both fashionable and charming, adding an alluring appeal. Due to its attractive appearance and affordable price, dull finish Polytarp is readily accepted by the general public. Both Polytarp and Chun Ya Textile are polyester component fabrics. However, Polytarp is used as an interlining, while Chun Ya Textile is used as an outer fabric, and Polytarp feels harder than Chun Ya Textile. Polytarp is made of full filament yarns, whereas at least one direction in Chun Ya Textile contains low-elasticity yarns.
