(1) Water spray to wet method
The sugar in the raw cotton was hydrolyzed by the wetness, and the wet stacking time was set at 20 to 25 °C at room temperature and 10% of the moisture content of the raw cotton for 24 hours.
(2) Steaming method
Using a steaming pot in a drying room or a steamer, the high temperature steam is used to accelerate the hydrolysis of the sugar in the raw cotton, which has a certain degumming effect.
(3) Washing method
The raw cotton is rinsed with natural water or artificial water, and the sugar is more thoroughly removed.
(4) Enzymatic method
The method of using saccharification enzyme and fresh yeast solution promotes the decomposition of sugar in the raw cotton, and the sugar removal effect is good.
(5) Anti-adhesion additive method
Also known as anti-sugar, emulsifier, oil, etc., are mainly composed of smoothing agent, antistatic agent, softener, stabilizer, etc., and will not cause damage to the inherent quality of the fiber. The mechanism of action is to form a very thin separator film on the surface of the fiber, and use the fiber as a carrier to continuously form a thin oil film on the spinning channel, which can isolate, smooth, reduce friction and improve the spinnability.
