1. The warehouse should avoid the bustling downtown, close to the edge of the city and have water sources, where the wind direction or side wind direction of the wind direction should be dominant throughout the year, and the wall should be built or other protective measures should be taken. The distance between people in the warehouse of raw material warehouses, yards and outdoor transformer stations, and buildings shall be arranged in accordance with the specific requirements of relevant national regulations.
2. No flammable buildings shall be built in the raw material warehouses and yards. It is not appropriate to set up lounges and custodian offices in the warehouses. The fire resistance rating, number of floors and area of the warehouse shall comply with relevant regulations.
3. There should be a certain limit on the raw materials stored in the warehouse. A passage is provided between the stacks, the width of the main passage is at least 2 meters, and the small passage is maintained at least 1.5 meters for operation and ventilation. In the first- and second-class fire-rated warehouses, the height of the roof is not less than 2 meters; in the roof of the herringbone roof and the third-grade fire-resistant warehouse, the height of the high-rise beam is not less than 1 meter.
4. When the large and semi-open storage yards have a total reserve of more than 5,000 tons of raw materials, a sub-stack should be set up, and the fire separation distance between the yards should be at least 30 meters. The area of each floor should be less than 100 square meters and the height of the floor should be less than 6 meters. The stacking is arranged in groups of less than 6 inches, the distance between the rafts and the rafts is greater than 6 meters, and the distance between the groups is greater than 15 meters. The distance between the stack and the outer wall is greater than 5 meters. The base of the raft needs to be protected from moisture, and the top of the pile is covered with crepe to prevent rain and flying fire from falling into the raft. Do not bundle the cloth with metal such as iron wire to prevent lightning strikes from generating induced current.
5. The warehouse should not be equipped with power cords and electrical devices. The library can be illuminated by floodlights. Before the power supply is changed, the power in the library should be in the peripheral socket of the library, and the cable should be introduced into the library with no damage and no connector. When the battery is used, the power will be cut off immediately. Do not stack raw materials under wires, sockets, or electric gates.
6. The cable in the reservoir area should be buried in the cable. When an overhead line is required, it should be passed from the outside of the warehouse, and no raw materials should be piled under the line. The passage of transportation materials in the reservoir area shall be over 5 meters above the ground.
7. Electrical lines and equipment should not be overloaded. Conduct more than one inspection of the line and equipment every week, and conduct more than two insulation shake tests every year. If abnormal conditions such as short circuit and insulation aging are found, stop using it immediately and perform maintenance.
