In the fiber web formed on the spunmelt nonwoven production line, the fibers are mainly overlapping each other in a plane, and the bonding force between each other in the vertical direction is very low, and it can hardly withstand external forces from any direction. Have practical application value. Therefore, a proper web consolidation process must be adopted to strengthen the connection between the fibers, so that the web becomes a non-woven fabric with a certain strength in the longitudinal (MD) and transverse (CD) directions. The hot rolling mill uses the characteristics of thermoplastic fibers to cause the fiber web to deform, melt, and adhere to each other at the embossing point under the combined action of the high temperature heat of the hot rolling mill press roll and the high pressure generated between the two rolls. The web is consolidated and shaped into a non-woven fabric with a certain strength.


The hot rolling mill is an indispensable equipment on the spunmelt production line, and its daily management is as follows:


1. When the machine is running, personnel are forbidden to enter the space where the hot rolling mill and the net-forming station meet; personnel are forbidden to enter the protective net at the drive end for inspection. It is strictly forbidden to touch the safety device to avoid shutdown. It is strictly forbidden to touch the two heating rollers to avoid crushing or scalding.


2. When the oil furnace is heating up, the hot rolling mill must be started and the rolls must be separated to prevent the rolls from deforming due to heat.


3. The oil furnace temperature rises to the set temperature, and the rolling mill can only be put into production when there is no alarm.


4. In normal production, it is necessary to frequently observe whether the lubricating oil pump, return oil pressure and oil temperature are normal to prevent bearing damage.


5. During the operation of the machine, especially when producing small quantities of products, personnel are prohibited from walking through the space (channel) under the product to avoid affecting the stable operation of the product and causing electrostatic discharge.


6. When the machine is running, attention must be paid to the protection of the machine to prevent the upstream hard objects from entering the hot rolling mill and damaging the rolls. If this happens, press the emergency stop switch quickly to stop the operation of the hot rolling mill. The upper and lower rolls will stop rotating and separate automatically.


7. When the hot rolling mill is being repaired, the hydraulic oil pump should be turned off to reduce the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil and the wear of the oil pump.


8. During the reheating operation, if the circulating oil pump stops suddenly, immediately start the circulating oil pump after troubleshooting quickly to avoid local overheating of the heat transfer oil.


9. When there is a roll-wrapping failure or foreign objects on the roll surface need to be cleaned, only tools made of soft metal materials can be used, and it is forbidden to clean or hit the roll surface with hard tools.


10. If a sudden power failure or other failure causes the high-temperature roll to stop rotating, the roll must be turned 180 degrees manually every 10 minutes to prevent permanent deformation of the roll.


11. When the temperature of the rolling mill oil furnace drops below 80℃ during normal shutdown, the hot rolling mill can be stopped and the power switch on the cabinet can be turned off.


12. Frequently clean up the dripping and leaking oil from the heating system and machines, keep the equipment clean, avoid polluting the workshop environment, and eliminate potential safety hazards.


13. Pay attention to the safety of the heating system, and place a certain number of fire extinguishers near the machine.
