The double-twisting machine is a twisting equipment that can achieve two twists per revolution, with the twisting efficiency being several times higher than that of traditional twisting machines. The package capacity is increased, with no joints in ten thousand meters, and the twisting quality is significantly improved. The relatively low layer height makes it particularly suitable for operation.

 

The doubling machine can twist and bond two or more single yarns into plied yarns, and enhance the performance of the original yarn to meet the customer's requirements.

 

The doubling twister mainly consists of the power section, doubling twister units and the transmission section, etc.
The power section mainly includes the electric motor, electrical control box, indicator and operation panel.
(2) The structure of the doubling twisting unit mainly includes the spindle braking device, the spindle part of the doubling twisting machine, the yarn winding device, and the special devices of the doubling twisting unit, etc.
The shapes, structures and functions of the main components:
Spindle braking device: mainly includes the spindle drive belt and pulley, and the pedal for braking the spindle.
② Double-twisting machine spindle part: mainly includes the spindle disk and spindle can for yarn storage and guidance, yarn tension device, yarn take-up device, air ring cover, separator, yarn guide hook and yarn breakage stoppage and hook drop device, etc.
③ Yarn winding device: inclined roller, overfeeding roller, yarn storage device, lateral yarn guide hook, bobbin, bobbin frame with lifting function and bobbin tube plate.

 

The motor drives the spindle through a belt pulley, belt, and spindle belt.
② The spindle dragon belt transmits power through the toothed belt, reduction device, etc. to the winding roller, overfeed roller, etc. At the same time, the transmission of the lateral cam is changed into the reciprocating motion of the slider, driving the lateral guide roller to reciprocate.
③ Anti-overlap Device
This device prevents the formation of a striped, flower-like winding on the tube. The pulses controlled by the electromagnetic clutch periodically change the speed of the lateral yarn guide. The transmission mechanism of this device is shown in the transmission diagram.
④ Tube loosening edge device
This device periodically alters (reduces) the stroke of the lateral guide roller to decrease the number of winding layers at the edge of the tube, thereby achieving the purpose of loosening the edge.
