Degree of adhesion of heald frame and steel reed slurry and oil:

(1) When parking for a fixed length, it is removed by washing with water

Is the electromagnetic brake the parking position normal?

(1) Oil and residue of foreign matter

(2) Wear and poor parallelism

Three, when the time comes

Is there any deviation in cam timing? Is the rotation and wear of the roller follower normal?

(1) After setting the power of the loom to OFF, turn the handle by hand to confirm.

Is the pump stroke a standard size?

(1) After setting the power of the loom to OFF, turn the handwheel by hand to confirm

Is the spring pressure consistent with the set arrival timing?

(1) When getting on the machine, use a stroboscope to confirm

Are there any damages or scars on the tip of the needle tip?

(1) Replace the needle tip

Is the stabilizer deformed?

(1) Replacement of the nozzle body

Is there any rust adhesion?

(1) Clean the nozzle with cleaning fluid

Is the spray direction (up and down and front and back) good?

(1) It should also be confirmed when getting on the machine

Is there any drop off of the European-style connector buffer?

(1) Installation of connector buffer

Are there any signs of wear on the buffers of the European coupling?

(1) European connector buffer

Isn't the looseness of the European-style coupling buffer too large?

(1) Replacement of connector buffer

How about the wear and tension of the power V-belt?

(1) Adjust or replace

How about the wear and tension of the false twist spindle belt?

(1) Replace

Check directionality of yarn feeding body

(1) Up and down and left and right

How sharp is the blade of the mechanical weft cutter?

(1) If there is wear of the blade, use a grinder to grind or replace

Opening, connecting rod Is there any looseness in the nut of the connecting rod rod pin?

(1) Use a torque wrench to confirm

Is the temple rotation smooth?

(1) Remove silk waste and pulp spots

Temples Are there any temple pins bending?

(1) Replace the temple ring

Yarn end treatment Is there any rust on the sensor?

(1) Remove rust

(1) Replace bobbin shaft, bobbin bushing, yarn guide rod bushing, bobbin bushing bushing

Are there any signs of wear on planetary gear B, sun gear, and selvedge gear?

(1) Replace worn parts

4. Inspection every 6 months

Wear condition of pump plunger and pump cylinder

(1) When the leakage reaches more than 2% of the total water volume, it should be replaced

Valve assembly (discharge side, suction side) check for wear

(1) Confirm that the water volume is decreasing when starting

(2) Use a stroboscope to confirm the injection timing

(3) When the deviation reaches 15mm or more, replace it (replace the discharge side. If the problem cannot be completely solved by replacing the discharge side only, replace the suction side as well.)

Is there any drop off of the European connector buffer?

(1) Installation of coupling buffer

Are there any signs of wear on the buffers of the European coupling? Is the looseness not great?

(1) Installation of coupling buffer

Inspection of the wear condition of the buffer of the switching valve coupling (Inspection every 3 months.)

(1) Replace severely worn parts

V. Preservation and inspection in the first year

(1) Fill the main motor with butter.

1) The symbols for engine oil and butter are hypothetical symbols to make the distinction between types and uses clearer.

2) Note When refueling, it should be added to the position indicated by each refueling position. The usage is the approximate target value.

3) Note Butter with high pressure resistant additives (EP) should not be used for the main motor. Because this kind of butter will cause the temperature of the bearing to rise.

(2) Please check whether the electromagnetic contactor has a roar.

6. Preservation and inspection in the third year
