The double-twist machine is a type of twisting equipment that can achieve two twists per revolution, significantly increasing the twisting efficiency compared to traditional twisting devices. The roll capacity is enhanced, with no joints over 10,000 meters, greatly improving the twisting quality, and the layer height is lower, making it particularly suitable for operation.
The double-twist machine can combine two or more single yarns into a yarn line through twisting, and enhance the performance of the original yarn to meet the customer's requirements.
The composition of the doubling machine
The doubling machine is mainly composed of the power section, the doubling unit and the transmission section, etc.
The power section mainly consists of the electric motor, the electrical control box, the indicator, and the operation panel.
(2) The structure of the doubling unit mainly includes the spindle braking device, the spindle part of the doubling machine, the yarn winding device, and the special devices of the doubling unit.
The shapes, structures and functions of the main components:
Spindle braking device: It mainly consists of spindle transmission belt and pulley, as well as the pedal for braking the spindle with the belt.
② Twisting machine spindle section: It mainly includes spindle discs for storing and guiding yarn, spindle cans, yarn tension devices, yarn reclaimers, air ring covers, separators, guide hooks, and stop-hook devices for breaking yarn and stopping the machine.
③ Yarn winding device: Inclined roller, overfeed roller, yarn storage device, lateral guide hook, yarn bobbin, lifting bobbin frame and yarn tube reel.
Transmission part
① The motor drives the spindle through a belt pulley, belt, and spindle belt.
② The spindle dragon belt transmits power through the toothed belt, reduction device, etc. to the winding roller, overfeed roller, etc. At the same time, the transmission of the lateral cam is changed into the reciprocating motion of the slider, driving the lateral guide roller to reciprocate.
③ Anti-overlap Device
This device prevents the formation of a strip-shaped, flower-like winding on the tube. The pulses controlled by the electromagnetic clutch periodically change the speed of the lateral yarn guide. The transmission mechanism of this device is shown in the transmission diagram.
④ Tube loosening edge device
This device periodically alters (reduces) the stroke of the lateral guide roller to decrease the number of winding layers at the edge of the tube, thereby achieving the purpose of loosening the edge.
