The split yarn is the main cause of the small crepe. The reason why the small yarn is formed by the yarn is that the length of the two single yarns wound on the yarn bobbin is inconsistent after the yarn is divided, so when the yarn is passed to the twisting machine, the yarn is transferred to the yarn dividing portion. Long single yarns appear when they are self-twisting for balanced and short single yarn lengths. If the yarn split is severe, that is, the difference between the lengths of the two single yarns is too large, a dense small scorpion yarn defect will appear.


The reasons for the yarn are: the groove of the metal groove is defective, the weight of the tension piece is inconsistent, and the single yarn in the normal channel is not in the normal channel, the metal groove is scratched, and the wire passage is not smooth. The pressure of the forming creel is not enough and the operator is not operating properly.
