The wool spinning system is a whole process of producing wool yarn, wool and chemical fiber blended yarn and chemical fiber pure spinning yarn from wool fiber and wool-type chemical fiber.
(1) Carded wool spinning system
(2) Combed wool spinning system
The combed wool spinning system has many processes and long processes, and can be divided into two parts: strip and spinning.
The combing strips are also called tops, and the factory can be set up separately, and the product (combed tops) can be sold as a commodity.
Some combed wool mills have no slivering process, using combed tops as raw materials, and the production process includes pre-spinning and post-spinning; in most plants, there is no strip dyeing and combing combing process, and combing is the tops. The second combing after dyeing, the refining process and the slivering process are similar. In addition, there is a semi-combed spinning process system between combing and carding.
