5, sizing enhancement rate:

9, the pulp process of the three fixed:
Fixed concentration, fixed viscosity, fixed temperature.
Concentration: in the slurry, the total dry weight of the slurry content. In the case of other conditions remain unchanged, the concentration directly affects the sizing rate, the concentration is high, the sizing rate is high.

Determination of viscosity methods: (1) laboratory commonly used NDJ-79 type rotary viscosity machine. (2) production operations commonly used funnel viscometer.
Temperature: it is the temperature when the specified thickness and viscosity are fixed, and the temperature of the slurry is related to the viscosity of the slurry.
10, slurry immersion, phi re and slurry film integrity:
The soaking of the slurry, phi re, and the integrity of the slurry film directly affects the quality of the slurry yarn. Soaking and sizing yarn strength. The batch is related to the smoothness and abrasion resistance of the sizing yarn. The integrity of the film is related to the abrasion resistance and hairiness of the sizing yarn.
Soaking: In the process of sizing, the sizing liquid enters into the yarn to make the fibers bond with each other and increase the strength.
Slurry batch: the slurry in the yarn exterior coating a layer of slurry film, so that the surface of the slurry yarn smooth, reduce hairiness, weaving wear resistance. Batch size will affect the quality of sizing, batch is too large, the penetration is less caused by the surface sizing, drop pulp more, weaving caused by brittle break; batch is small incomplete, easy to hair.
Sizing film integrity: sizing in the yarn surface coating the degree of integrity of the sizing film.
