The parallel machine is mainly composed of a power part, a double twisting unit and a transmission part.
(1) The power part mainly includes an electric motor, an electric control box, an indicator, and an operation panel.
(2) The structure of the double twisting unit mainly includes a spindle brake device, a double twister spindle portion, a yarn winding device, and a special device of the double twisting unit.
The shape, structure and function of the main parts:
1. Spindle brake device: mainly includes the spindle drive belt and the pulley, and the pedal with the spindle brake.
2. Parallel machine spindle part: mainly includes spindles, ingot cans, yarn tensioning devices, yarn withdrawers, balloon covers, separators, yarn guide hooks and yarn break stop hooks.
3. Yarn winding device: inclined roller, super-feed roller, yarn storage device, transverse yarn guide hook, bobbin, lifting creel and bobbin tray.
