Cotton fabric is composed of warp and weft, so it should be spun before weaving. Warp and weft have different manufacturing processes. The specific steps are as follows:

(1) Winding: The yarn clearer removes harmful defects on the surface of the yarn, and winds into a package with a large capacity, good shape, and quality that meets the requirements.

(2) Warping: A certain number of warp yarns are integrated into sheet yarns, and the warp yarns are wound neatly in parallel according to a certain length on the warp moving shaft.

(3) Sizing: Combine the warp yarns on several warping beams into one piece, immerse them in the slurry, and dry, so that the slurry is immersed in and covered with the yarn, increasing the strength of the yarn and fitting the hairiness to suit the weaving Production.

(4) Direct weft yarn: the threaded yarn spun by the spinning frame is wound on the weft tube: it is directly used for weaving and small production.

(5) Indirect weft yarn: the spun yarn is wound into a cheese yarn, and the warp, weft, and weft are woven into a sub for weaving production.

(6) Fixed twist: In order to prevent weft shrinkage defects, the weft warp is usually heated and wet fixed and used after the twist is stable.

(7) Weaving: The process of weaving warp and weft yarns into fabrics of different styles with different looms, using different weaves and machine parameters.
