Zhejiang Wanli Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanli Textile Machinery") has independently developed the WLP910 ultra-start automatic jet loom, which has entered the "fast lane" of industrialization and successfully filled the key gap of domestic substitution.

This equipment does not weave ordinary fabrics; instead, it weaves ultra-fine glass fiber electronic thin fabrics that are thinner than hair and lighter than paper. These are indispensable core substrates in the manufacturing chain of printed circuit boards (PCB) and even AI chips. However, ultra-fine glass fiber yarns are thin, brittle, and prone to fraying, and require extremely strict control of tension during weaving, precise guiding of warps, and stable operation. High-end weaving equipment has long relied on imports, with long delivery cycles, and domestic industrial development has been severely constrained.

Hardcore configuration ensures stable performance

As the core product of Wanli Textile Machinery's technological innovation and research and development, the WLP910 ultra-start automatic jet loom has optimized and upgraded multiple core components of the entire machine. The weft storage device abandons the conventional aluminum structure and adopts the steel wire ring process; it is equipped with a high-performance intelligent display screen, which can adapt to various types of yarn materials and fully meet the requirements of high-end manufacturing conditions; the rope-shaped binding device has achieved a leap in weaving process refinement. At the same time, electromagnetic needles, air ring covers, ABS braking systems, warping nozzles and spray pipes, porcelain parts, auxiliary nozzles, stretching nozzles, scissors, and other key components all adopt configurations more suitable for glass fiber yarn production.

This entire set of hardware configuration enables the equipment to achieve stable weaving of 1080 ultra-fine filaments at 800 revolutions per minute, and also lays a solid hardware foundation for the enterprise to further tackle more difficult products such as ultra-fine filaments and extremely thin fabrics.
