When the fabric is woven to a predetermined length, the fabric is cut off from the operation of the water jet loom. This should be started when the green light of the tower indicator lights up.

Note:

• You must wait until the water jet loom stops before starting work.

• When removing the roll, it should be noted that the hands and feet should not be caught between the roll and the floor.

(1) Confirm that the water jet loom has stopped.

When the water jet loom is still running, the stop button should be pressed to stop the loom.

(2) Cut the fabric using the specified tool.

(3) Loosen the grip handle on the right and pull it down to one side. The cloth roll can be in a loose state.

(4) Pull the roll of the fabric out to the front side of the weaving.

(5) Fix the cut cloth roll in a prescribed manner to prevent the fabric from loosening.

(6) Remove the roll of the cloth.

(7) Ask the person responsible for the transport to remove the removed fabric roller.

(8) Press the reset button of the auto counter and the counter display will return to < 0 >.

(9) Fix the new roll to the roll guide on the left.

(10) Push the right grip handle up and tighten. The new roll can be fixed.

(11) Wait for the fabric to sag to the fabric winding position of the new roll.

(12) Wet the roll and fabric with water and roll the fabric onto the roll. At this point, the ends of the fabric should be aligned and the fabric taut.

(13) After the fabric roll is wound with a few turns of the fabric, the cloth roll is attached.
