In 2025, The Global Shipment Volume Of Textile Machinery Will Decline Overall, While Spinning Equipment Will Experience An Upward Trend Against The Trend.

In 2025, the global shipments of new cotton spinning frame machines and rotor spinning machines increased by 3.3% and 3.5% respectively year-on-year, being the only growth areas among the six categories. The shipments of long-fiber (wool spinning) spinning frame machines decreased by 42%, the shipments of stretch spinning machines decreased by 23%, the shipments of shuttleless looms decreased by 28%, the shipments of large circular machines decreased by 13%, the shipments of flat looms decreased by 22%, and the total shipments of post-treatment equipment increased by 8%. These data are derived from the latest 48th issue of the "International Textile Machinery Shipments Statistical Report" (ITMSS) released by the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF). This report covers six major fields of spinning, stretching, weaving, large circular machines, flat looms, and post-treatment, and is compiled in collaboration with over 200 textile machinery manufacturers worldwide. The shipment statistics of Chinese textile machinery enterprises are completed by the China Textile Machinery Association (CTMA), and it is a comprehensive indicator for measuring global textile machinery production.
