news-791-441 This machine does not weave ordinary fabrics; instead, it produces ultra-fine glass fiber electronic thin fabrics that are thinner than hair strands and lighter than paper. These are the core materials for manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs). However, ultra-fine glass fiber electronic thin fabrics have extremely strict requirements for the weaving process: the yarns are thin, brittle, and prone to fraying. They require stable tension control, precise weft insertion, and stable operation - such high-end weaving equipment has long been highly dependent on imported models, resulting in long delivery cycles and significant constraints on the development of related domestic industries.

From "being at the mercy of others" to "standing up with pride", the key to breaking through lies in "thinking" and "creating".
Wanli Textile Machinery relies on the provincial-level enterprise research institute and has assembled an expert "brain trust" of over 60 people, working diligently to tackle the challenges. The R&D team has adopted the super motor direct drive technology, which saves 20% to 30% of electricity compared to similar models. They also reinforce and stabilize the body wall panels to ensure ultimate stability during high-speed operation. What's more crucial is that the team has independently and innovatively developed 100% of the core components such as the weft storage system and the electrical control system.
"After 20 years of preparation and 10 years of deep cultivation, we finally achieved this breakthrough today!" Chairman Wan Zuqian expressed his deep emotions as he walked into the production workshop of Wanli Textile Machinery. Over the years, the enterprise has been deeply engaged in three major fields: beam loom manufacturing, carbon fiber equipment manufacturing, and glass fiber weaving technology. It has continuously enhanced its core competitiveness - on the Mazak horizontal flexible production line, the mechanical arms move smoothly; unmanned forklifts shuttle back and forth, delivering materials precisely; on the visual real-time dashboard, the workshop orders and inspection data are all clearly visible.
With the assistance of digitalization, this "small but excellent" enterprise has unleashed tremendous power. The energy consumption has been reduced by a quarter, and the number of employees has decreased by three quarters. Currently, one person can manage 50 to 200 devices, and both the net profit rate and market share have achieved "dual improvement".

"We not only aim to create a machine, but also to provide a 'second option' for the domestic related industrial chain, enhancing the resilience of the supply chain," Wan Zugan said. Currently, the monthly production of this model is 400 units. With the expansion of production capacity, the annual output can reach over 10,000 units. We have already reached strategic cooperation agreements with domestic industry leaders such as China Jushi, Zhongcai Technology, International Composites, and Taishan Fiberglass. "We are confident that we can do even better by promoting the advancement of equipment towards intelligence, informatization, and automation!"
